An unforgettable experience for us….
Hello everyone at Kinver Travel Centre,
Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in reporting back to you all but we have finally settled down and put pen to paper – or more accurately fingers to keys! We stayed in Barcelona at the Hotel Catalonia Port for two days before sailing. This you arranged for us and would now recommend to others from our experience. We had a fun time exploring the city during this time – based on this we will definitely be going back!
This was our first cruise in what was a special year for us both and to be honest we weren’t really sure what to expect but WOW! What an experience from start to finish!!
You will recall (because you booked it for us ahead of the sailing) we visited Rome and Pompeii and managed to get to Monte Carlo in Monaco as well under our own steam……as well as the other port stops on the cruise.
The Celebrity Reflection was wonderful, our state room was exceptional, food outstanding and the on board entertainment was beyond our expectations. In summary all of this holiday was enhanced because of the thorough finite detail in which you had organised each element……for example taxi transfers – always spot on time with polite Impeccable service.
Even the way in which you had organised our ‘Voucher Pack” was really helpful we always felt confident and in control……Thank you!
We have already begun our research with regard to our next one – so look out for us we WILL be in to see you all again if only to have a chat but also to increase your workload! We would certainly recommend Kinver Travel Services to our friends and family (we have already done this)

Gran Canaria holiday made easy!
Kinver Travel made everything run smoothly for our February holiday to Gran Canaria. They navigated all the Spanish form filling for us, in a professional manner, making what would have been a daunting task effortless. I would recommend them to any traveller wanting a holiday either long or short haul, river cruising or ocean cruising as they not only offer totally independent advice but also navigate around the different requirements of each destination. Monaco Birthday Present
“Having been recommended to Kinver Travel by several friends, I made my first visit early in the New Year. Mission – to plan a birthday surprise for my hubby. Where to – Cote D’ Azur to visit Monaco around the time of the Grand Prix.
I found the staff to be very helpful and after discussing options the trip was soon booked up.
We returned last Friday and I am pleased to say it was perfect. The Hotel Windsor in Nice was just right and I would certainly recommend it. As planned we took the train to Monaco and also to Cannes and enjoyed every minute. Trip to America
“A few years back a party of 19 of us, mainly family, visited Disney in America a trip very well organised, unfortunately as we were moving on to the Bahamas the Florida coast was hit by a Hurricane which trapped us in Miami airport.
The airport was in chaos, one call to Sue at Kinver Travel Centre and all 19 were shipped off to the Hyatt at Green Gables, south of Miami, where we spent the night in comfort, not easy moving 19 people. The hurricane came ashore much further up the coast (they may have organised that) and we carried on to the Bahamas the next day after all the flights and hotel had been rebooked, for a memorable holiday.
